News-> MOU between HCT and ALROWAD IT Solutions

March 11, 2008 - A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Center of Excellency for Research and Training (CERT) http://www.certonline.com and ALROWAD IT Solutions http://www.alrowad-its.com on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at CERT headquarter in the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT).

ALROWAD IT Solutions specializes in developing and delivering world class solutions in the fields of HR, finance, monitoring & control and Radar systems. The company also provides IT services and technical support for private and public sectors. ALROWAD IT Solutions aims at being one of the most important IT companies operating  in the Middle East and the region by adapting the international best practices and standards and through the close collaboration with its strategic partners such as TAG International, Motorola, Oracle, S.T. Electronics and other international outstanding IT Companies. 
The cooperation between CERT and ALROWAD ITS will be in the fields of IT research and development, IT solutions, advanced information technology, information management, IT training and solutions management. The memorandum was signed as a result of number of meetings between the two parties in which they have explored their mutual interests and the possible means of cooperation especially in establishing training centers in CERT among other joint activities.  

The Memorandum was signed by Dr. Tayeb Al kamali in his capacity as the Chancellor of the HCT and the head of CERT and Dr. Mohamad A. Radaideh in his capacity as the CEO of ALROWAD IT Solutions.

His Excellency Brigadier Mohamed Bin Al-Awadi Al-Manhali, Chairman of ALROWAD Board of Directors said “It is my pleasure to witness this ceremony that shall result in a strong relationship with CERT and the Higher Collages of Technology, the leading national institution in IT education in our beloved country. I would like also to express my great gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan, Minister of Interior and His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahayan, Minister of Higher Education and Research for their unlimited support and their beliefs in us as we promise them that we will keep the hard work and the ambitious vision to grow in accomplishments and to serve our country and our leader His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan".

 Dr. Tayeb Al Kamali, Chancellor of the HCT, stated: "It is a blessed move to sign this memorandum of understanding between CERT and ALROWAD IT Solutions to encourage and promote ALROWAD in proving its services according to the international standards in the best levels possible. We are looking forward to the day in which we will witness the results of this partnership. We promise His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan, Minister of Interior and His Highness Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mubarak Al-Nahayan, Minister of Higher Education and Research, that we will do what ever it takes to achieve the goals of this Convention to serve our nation under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan".
