CERT, in collaboration with ADWEA, the Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority, pioneered and launched ICDL programs in the UAE. ICDL, which stands for International Computer Driving License is an internationally accepted competency based certification that verifies computer knowledge and practical computing skills through one theoretical test and 6 practical tests in the field of Information Technology and PC applications.

Till date CERT has trained and certified employee groups from ADWEA, Tanmia, The Presidential Court, Al Ain Educational Zone, Dar Al Mustafa in Yemen and almost the entire Faculty and Staff of the Higher Colleges of Technology. Training is imparted in state of the art computer training facilities at CERT, which are fully equipped with the latest technology. Testing and assessments are undertaken in very strict and controlled environments, making CERT ICDL training the preferred choice for quality conscious organizations.
