CERT, Center of Excellence for Applied Research and Training together with the Harrisburg Area Community Colleges, Shumaker Public Safety Center, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, U.S.A provide internationally-recognized first aid and emergency medical training to the general public and government and private sector organizations in the U.A.E.

The programs are designed by American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Emergency Care and Safety Institute.

Courses

• Health & Safety, Basic First Aid ( At work & At home)
• Advanced First Aid, including CPR
• First Responder
• Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P)
• First Aid Instructor Training

Training is facilitated by qualified staff with years of practical experience with current certification. CERT’s clients for first aid and paramedic-related training includes Emirates Airlines, Dubai World  Trade Centre, Oasis Hospital and Dubai Police.  Training could be conducted in-house, within client organization or at the cutting-edge CERT facilities in Al Ghussais.
