CERT has developed this customized diploma in professional training, for the UAE Navy to deliver advanced technical instruction to Naval Instructors on teaching pedagogy, instructional techniques and classroom methodologies.

The diploma includes practical on site training, where trainees teach at the Navy site and follows a four-stage cycle of Planning; Observation; Reflection; and Feedback.

The Program incorporates the latest developments in the field of education and training and are held at the CERT campus with the practical observed teaching element delivered at the Navy site. The course can be adapted to any client wishing to update their specialist instructors in pedagogical developments.
