The core of CERT's mission is to apply the knowledge and expertise from its partners and associates, such as Thales, MIT Entrepreneurship Centre, Chair Academy, Intel, The Next Consortium comprising Texas A&M, and Abu Dhabi Education Zone to provide world class training and education programs addressing the needs of client organizations. This has resulted in the establishment of several quality institutions such as the CERT - Thales Institute, Abu Dhabi Petroleum University, Emirates Simulation Academy, CERT Center for Supercomputing, The Wharton Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship Research and CERT Teacher Training Institute.

CERT also offers specialized programs in Languages, Food Inspection Technology, Surveying and Mapping, Remote Sensing, GPS, Aerial Photography, Military Nursing, Military Business Certificate, Telecommunications, Safety Engineering, Purchasing Administration, Highway Maintenance, Building Inspection, Environmental and Public Health, Business Management, Information Technology, Leadership Training and Personal Development. In addition, there is a continuous development of short and long-term degree and non-degree programs in Management, Business, Information Technology and Health Care, to meet the ever changing and newly emerging needs of our customers.
