In partnership with Thales Universite in Paris, CERT has established a "branch" corporate university structure in Abu Dhabi, to offer short-term and long-term programs that utilize the leading-edge technological "know-how" and training expertise of an electronics manufacturing giant.

In co-operation with HCT, CTI offers Bachelor of Applied Science Degrees in the following disciplines:

Telecommunication Engineering and Technology
Computer Engineering Technology (Software)
Multimedia Design and Development

CTI has also recently established the Aviation Institute, providing mechanics and avionics training through Abu Dhabi Men's College and the Thales aviation program at Le Bourget Airport in Paris.
